The RUT955 <\/strong>model is a router under 4G LTE technology capable of reaching download speeds of up to 100 Mbps. It has 3 10\/100BaseTX LAN ports with an RJ45 connector and a WiFi 802.11b\/g\/n access point. It also incorporates a 10\/100BaseTX WAN port with an RJ45 connector, and the router can work on this WAN interface with backup on the mobile network in case of failure. It has dual SIM and can use the second operator as a backup of the first in case of reaching a certain volume of data, loss of signal or poor coverage.<\/p>\n

The router has a VPN client (IPsec, GRE, OpenVPN, L2TP and PPTP) that allows secure end-to-end connections, port forwarding, firewall and integrated dynDNS client. HotSpot with local and remote authentication, VRRP, OSPF, etc. Possibility of remote reset via SMS.<\/div>\n

The router also has a port that can be configured as RS232 through a DB9 connector or as 2-wire RS485 or 4-wire RS422 with adjustable termination impedance. This port can function as a console, as a TCP server or client, as a UDP transport, as a modem emulation and even as a MODBUS TCP gateway.<\/div>\n

Likewise, the router has an internal GPS capable of sending the coordinates of the equipment through the data connection to a central server (protocol compatible with the rest of Teltonika locators). We can also see the exact position of the GPS through the web server of the router itself.<\/div>\n
